CLAY DENT 
CHAIRMAN

Clay moved to Runaway Bay in 1985 from the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.  He retired from the FAA in 1986 after 30 years in in Air Traffic Control. He was elected to the City Council and Mayor Pro Tem in 1986, and was appointed Mayor by the City Council in 1989 to fill remainder of the previous mayor's  term, afterward being elected mayor and serving from 1990 to 1998.  Clay has also served as an officer of the Runaway Bay Home and Property Owners Association, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Festival and Arts Council.
 
TAYNA FULMER
PRESIDENT

A 6th-generation Texan, Tayna moved to Runaway Bay in early 2006. She has over 20 years experience in Organizational Management and Development, currently employed by IBM.  In addition to her role on the Alliance, she serves on the City Council and the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. She was previously Treasurer for the Runaway Bay Home and Property Owners Association.
  BETTYE PARKER
VICE-PRESIDENT

Bettye is a native Texan and has lived in Runaway Bay since 2004. She has a background in the Oil & Gas Industries, and was the first Woman Forest Ranger in Nevada. Bettye also serves as President of Wise Republican Women, Corresponding Secretary for the Pi Kappa chapter of Beta Sigma International Sorority, and is a member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.

TREASURER

Janice is a 25-yr resident of Runaway Bay. Janice is 'partially retired', currently working as Bank Director for First State Bank; previously she served as President of First State Bank in Runaway Bay.  Janice is a member of the First Baptist Church, Bridgeport Civic Club, and Doctors Hospital Auxiliary, and the Runaway Bay Cemetery Commission.
  EMBRY HINES
DIRECTOR

Embry is a natve of Bridgeport, TX and has lived in Runaway Bay since 1985. He graduated from Bridgeport High School and Texas Tech University.  Embry has been a banker since 1965, and is currently the CEO of First State Bank - Bridgeport, Chico, Paradise and Runaway Bay.
  WALT WARNER
DIRECTOR

Walt is a long-time resident of Runaway Bay. He has served as Mayor and has served on several local civic organizations. Walt has also served on the Board of the Runaway Bay Volunteer Fire Department, and he still volunteers for that organization.
